If your order is unwanted, it’s ok to change your mind. We’ll accept online order returns up to 14 days after delivery
providing the following terms are met:
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a resaleable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Return postage costs are covered by the customer
In the event of returning an expedited order please note that the maximum refund given for original postage is £3.99
If your order is faulty, please let us know as quickly as possible.
How to return an item in store:
You can return items to our Dunblane Store. Just bring along a copy of your original order.
How to return an item by post:
Contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return and we’ll send you an authorisation email.
Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
